Provides therapeutic services throughout New Jersey for the Intensive In Community program (IIC). We also provide services for adults and children in our outpatient program.
Treatment includes a variety of therapeutic modalities to encourage individuals to define and set goals, gain insight into their presenting problem, and make a plan of action with appropriate use of positive coping strategies.
Our clinicians are culturally competent and experienced working with adolescents, individuals, couples and families, working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adolescent emotional and academic issues, relationship issues and family conflict.
Our skilled clinicians collaborate with individuals with emotional and behavioral health issues to maintain stability and achieve personal goals. Our support and services are provided in a context that is strength-based, culturally-competent and responsive to the individual's developmental, psycho-social, and treatment needs.
Nadia Darbouze is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Nadia is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as a Clinical Social Work. She works with individuals, couples and families who are struggling with personal issues, feeling overwhelmed, having difficulties with relationships or just in need of a listening ear.
My name is Oluwakemi "Kemi" Idowu; I am a Licensed Social worker. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University with a concentration in Clinical Practice with children and family. I currently work as a therapist and supervisor with Darbouze, LLC, providing therapeutic service in an empathetic and supportive atmosphere. My skills and experience include play, individual therapy with children, adolescents and adults; as well as group therapy. I have vast knowledge in the treatment of mental health ( anxiety, depression), behavioral issues, low self-esteem, sexual assault /domestic abuse (male and female), loss, grief, as well as developmental disabilities, learning disabilities and addiction. In addition, I have assisted individuals gain support in discovering and determining their traumatic history, especially survivors of sexual assault, neglect, physical, emotional and sexual abuse. I am fluent in English, Yoruba and Hausa.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I attended Drexel University for my bachelor’s and master’s degrees graduated with a Master of Arts in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling. I specialize in working with youth and young adults on the Autism Spectrum and has worked in both intensive in community and residential settings. I use action oriented allied therapy interventions with individuals to promote the growth and development of frustration tolerance, impulse control, emotional regulation, and pro social problem-solving skills. I focus is always on putting her client's needs first and treating everyone with the respect, dignity and care they deserve.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I have over 10 years of experience working with various populations within the mental health field. Areas of strength and specialties include and are not limited to; children and adolescents, adults, behavioral issues, anxiety, life transitions, defiance, peer relationships, self esteem, self harming, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, grief, depression and LGBT. I take pride in encouraging all clients to bring out their finest attributes and optimal mental health. As a mental health professional, I address and implement therapeutic interventions on a multilevel approach that is customized for each individual.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with various populations. I am passionate about being an agent of change in the lives of families, adults, and children. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Seton Hall University and my master’s in social work at Rutgers University. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work at Capella University. I am very personable and compassionate and brings the same approach in therapy. I am experienced in helping people work through anxiety, depression, grief, poor self-esteem, relationship issues, behavioral issues, and challenging life changes. I help others see the strength and power that lies inside of them to evoke transformation. My ultimate goal is to work together to help you grow and thrive.
I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education with a concentration in Psychology from Seton Hall University, as well as my Master's Degree in Counseling from Kean University. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor, as well as a, NJ certified School Counselor, Student Assistance Counselor, and General Education & Special Education Teacher. I currently work as a Therapist for Darbouze, LLC with all age groups. I enjoy using a multi-modality therapy approach with my youth, incorporating skills from CBT, DBT, Play therapy, Individual Talk Therapy, Nurtured Heart Approach, and more. I have worked with youth having various mental health concerns including grief and loss, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and sexual assault. In addition, I also currently work for the Irvington Board of Education as a Health & Social Services Coordinator for Irvington High School.
I am a versatile broadly accomplished social worker with over 20 years of experience in health and human services. My clinical background includes individual, group and family psychotherapy. I have proven abilities in counseling children, teenagers, families, and adults as a family systems therapist. My experience includes counseling specialized populations, individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, group therapy, play therapy, CBT, supportive psychotherapy, and student supervision. I have strengths in patient evaluation, risk assessment, treatment planning, referrals for specialized populations and outreach services.

I have been a Behavior Assistant for Darbouze LLC since 2018. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and have been working with youth in various of settings since 2014. My passion is always helping the youth and supporting their family for a successful transition.
Joseph Williams, M.Ed, MSW, LCSW has worked as a certified and appointed middle school teacher in the Philadelphia School System. Joe worked as a licensed behavior specialist and mobile therapist in Pa for about twenty years. Joe has been an Intensive In Community and Intensive In Home therapist in NJ for five years. Joe is in training as a DBT therapist at Behavioral Tech, CBT practitioner at the Beck Institute, a certified group psychotherapist at AGPA and as a TFCBT practitioner at the Rowan University CARES Institute.

I have been a Behavior Assistant for Darbouze LLC since October 2020. I have my Bachelors degree in Computer Science but my passion is working with children. I attended Elizabeth City State University in NC. I have been working with youth in various of settings since 2010 such as Residential, Day Program , Behavioral and Autistic schools, In- Home and Respite/emergency placement. My mission is helping the youth progress , adapt and adjust while supporting their family for better transition , progression , behavioral and social skills in life.
