HELLO, ***ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS*** I am available for Clinical Supervision.
I have a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice From Shippensburg University and a Master's in Social Work from Temple University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA and NJ.
I earned my LCSW in 2016 and have professional experience working in the field of human services for more than 20 years. I have worked as a Probation Officer for 11 years in Philadelphia, PA, I have worked in crisis as a Mental Health Crisis Screener in New Jersey. I also have experience working as an educator teaching Criminal Justice and Sociology.
My main focus with clinical supervision is to promote professional health and positive goals for my supervisees. I currently own and operate Darbouze, LLC which provides mental health services to individuals, couples, and children.
In my private practice, I continue to counsel adults, children, families, couples and facilitate groups/trainings. The experience I have gained helps to inform those I supervise.
I offer a collaborative, supportive approach to supervision for those who are new to the profession as well as those who are seasoned but enjoy the continued support from a colleague.

My current practice consists of psychodynamic, CBT, process-oriented therapy. This provides a good balance for supervision when combined with discussion of more structured, empirical interventions.

We are offering in person and telehealth services for our Intensive In-Community (IIC) program for children under age 21 via Performcare.
