INTENSIVE IN COMMUNITY SERVICES (iic)
IIC SERVICES-THROUGH PERFORMCARE FOR CHILD/YOUTH
DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE OFFERING TELEHEALTH SESSIONS
This service is designated for children and adolescents. Darbouze, LLC is an in-home provider serving the counties of Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Passaic and Union through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. The State of New Jersey offer families limited therapeutic services for children who experience emotional and behavioral difficulties.
Our primary focus is to:
- Reduce the need for in-patient hospitalization
- Restore functioning of the child/youth
- Reduce the need for out-of-home living arrangements by dealing with complex issues and restoring the family structure
- Transition child/youth from an intensive treatment setting back to his/her community
Darbouze, LLC believes that the family is the most powerful social institution and we support our families to maintain the family unit.
We at Darbouze LLC offer the following through the In Home Program
- Parent Mentors
- Youth Mentors
- Behavioral Assistant
- Tutors
- Licensed Therapist
In order to obtain services for your child, you must first contact Performcare at 877-652-7624. You can request Darbouze, LLC as your child’s home provider. The process is long. But, the benefit is that your child may receive in-home therapy from a licensed professional at no charge to you.

We are currently offering telehealth services for our outpatient program with Therapist Nadia Darbouze, LCSW for individual, couples, family counseling as well as Clinical Supervision for Licensure.
We are offering in person and telehealth services for our Intensive In-Community (IIC) program for children under age 21 via Performcare.
