Darbouze LLC provides quality services to children, families and individuals throughout the State of New Jersey. Our skilled clinicians work with individuals and families with emotional and behavioral health issues to maintain stability and achieve personal goals. Our support and services are provided in a context that is youth-centered, family-focused, strength-based, culturally-competent and responsive to the individual’s developmental, psychosocial, and treatment needs. We involve the youth and their families in every step of the treatment process. •Have Masters degrees and are licensed to provide therapy within the State of New Jersey
• Are specially trained to provide therapy that focus on the youth’s needs
•Involve the entire family, and are culturally competent Therapy is planned around the child’s psychosocial, developmental, and treatment care needs.
Our primary focus is to:
•Reduce the need for in-patient hospitalization
•Restore functioning of the child/youth
•Reduce the need for out-of-home living arrangements by dealing with complex issues and restoring the family structure
•Transition child/youth from an intensive treatment setting back to his/her community
Our Parent Mentors
The Behavioral Assistant (BA) is required to:
•Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the human services field
•Receive BA certification as required by the State of New Jersey
•Receive regular schedule supervision from a licensed clinician

Is a person who guides a youth through various aspects of life by building a relationship based on trust and positive behaviors.

•You will be required to register and provide information regarding your child.
•The care coordinator on the telephone will help direct you to the appropriate level of care and let you know if your child meets the criteria for services through the System of Care.
•If you do not meet criteria for Intensive In Community Services (IIC), you may be referred to outpatient services.
•If you meet criteria for Intensive In Community (IIC) Services, you will be referred for a Biopsychosocial Assessment.

•After the Assessment is completed, the assessor will advise you of their recommendations and you will then follow-up with PerformCare at 1-877-652-7624.
•Please note that the Biopsychosocial Assessment does not guarantee a link to IIC services or case management services.
•You may be recommended for case management services which may include Intensive In-Community services. If not, community based services will be recommended.
Schools or Community Agencies Please note that IIC services are voluntary and that families must be present to request services through PerformCare.
•However, you may follow the steps above with the parent/guardian to help expedite services.

We have opportunities in the following New Jersey counties: Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Mercer, Monmouth, Morris, Sussex, Union, Essex and Middlesex.
• NJ Active Licensure Required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist in the State of New Jersey.
• LSW or LAC will be considered, bilingual (Spanish, Creole, French, Russian and other languages are a plus), with a minimum of one-year experience working with youths and adolescents.
• Bachelor’s Level clinicians to work as a one-one support for children and adolescents. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• Applicants must have strong time management skills and experience working with children and families required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) and/or experience with Developmentally Disabled and Substance Abuse youths is a plus.
• Flexible Schedule: Schedule sessions that work for you and your families; afternoon, evening and weekend appointments.
•Receive referrals based on your preferred area, specialty and strengths: Let us know your specialties and populations that you enjoy working with for a match that is beneficial to you, our youths and families.
• Become Part of a Team: Work with an interdisciplinary team of Care Managers, Teachers and Child Welfare Workers.
